Changed oil used Mobil 1 0w40 and OEM filter checked everything over for state inspection next week. Was going to replace air filter but still looked new so figured save it for later. Going to do brake fluid flush next.

That is funny. Glad you have a good sense of humor. I got really good at replacing the broken lug bolts at the track with the EZ-out myself.

Anyway, ordered a GT2 deck lid and wing from Precision Porsche, and an AMD (hard wired) transponder.

Will have the OEM deck lid and wing for sale soon, in case anyone is interested.

Put a 120 track miles on the new 1400/1500 set up today running on Kumho V710 245/40/18 and 315/35/18 tires. Felt really good and very confidence inspiring. Ultimately I think an additional 100-200lbs per corner would be ideal but I'm gonna stick with this set up for now.

Thank you for the info. Will talk to my shop about installing higher rate springs next year.

Did you run faster lap times?

Finally got her started again after a coolant fitting failure late last year. I've started a thread over on 6speed. Felt soooo damn good to hear it running again.

I cleaned my front rads....OMG how much crap was in them. I'm surprised I didn't find a birds nest!
I'm considering adding black mesh in the back of the grills after all the stuff the rads accumulate.
My bumper is off currently. May make a run to Home Depot and pick up some black mesh.

No. It was hot. The temps today were pushing 90F. When it's a bit cooler, this is going to be a very very fast set up. I was about 2 sec off my personal best. We are doing time trials tomorrow.. Here is a picture of the car just coming out of a turn pulling right at 1.3Gs. You can see that even with 1400/1500 rates there is plenty of lean under load. After 2 full track days I truly think that 1700/1800 will ultimately be the optimum no holds barred set up..

Started redoing my driveways as my car is now so much lower it will scrape quite a bit on any entry and exit... BTW Tim left the Ohlins set up on the highest possible yet correctly weighted settings and alignment so I would hate TO SEE it and my driveway FIGHT if it was on the lowest settings

I have to do that soon.
