Default Glove Box Removal

Does anyone know the easiest way to either remove glove box assembly or glove box door?? i'm trying to replace the leather cover over the glove box door. there are approx. 10 screws that hold the leather cover to the door, but there are two toward the rear that i can not reach. any recommendations/advice greatly appreciated.
