Default Houston roads - grrr

Driving the cab and heard a very loud bang from front wheel well. So loud I thought something might have broken. Jacked the car up and found this ~10 inch bolt of some sort sticking out of the underbody panel. Lucky it didn't hit the windshield.

I had a similar experience thanks to crap on South Florida roads when I found some type of rod stuck in my C2's underbody when we lifted it to do an oil change. It was in almost the same section as the bolt on your car. Must be a crap magnet in there.

Best time of year to visit Houston. Enjoy and watch out for road debris
