I was wondering if anyone happens to know how many amps that a standard
996 should draw at rest? I just changed my battery and when I put the positive post on and it had a bit of an arc. The ign. was off and only the hood was raised and that light was on. Not sure since I haven't owned the car for very long if it will default to have certain things on or if maybe I have developed some type of issue. But I put a amp meter across to read how many amps it was pulling and it was 1.15 maybe that is normal but I wouldn't think so just hoping someone out there can give me an some idea of what it suppose to be.
