I was gonna say

1) Toe links
2) alignment
3) Driver
4) Driver
5) Driver

I guess it depends on the intended use as well. Street car only maybe exhaust if you want it to sound better?

Nice lists, common themes. Assuming your shocks aren't shot (which they may be if more than 30K miles), and assuming you're looking to take it on the track, my order would be -

(1) GT3 seat / rollbar / harness / hans
(2) weld/pin coolant fittings
(3) good brake fluid / track pads
(4) rear toe links
(5) alignment
(6) Guard diff
(7) Tires, Nitto NT-01 are a good start

Sorry that's more than 5

Thank you everyone. So far I have done the following and really only use the car for track days and a weekend morning drive.

1)roll cage
2) racing fluid & braided brake hoses plus GT2 ducts
3) RS wing
4) suspension lowered 15mm

And in no particular order I was thinking of next the RS lip, toe link, exhaust and brake discs.

How much improve, net do you think a LWFW will cost as this would to me be an extreme upgrade just to get fitted.

I havent driven one without LWFW but it's an awesome upgrade. Rev matching is effortless and the car screams to the redline.

Sounds like you are missing proper track pads.
Get a proper track alignment.
A LWFW is a dramatic and worthwhile modification for track.
