I spoke to Richard in March-April (2014), price for white car was firm @ $89K. I spoke to him 3 weeks ago and he said, it sold "last week."
And then I asked him for the price of the silver car and he said $116. I suspect he might have raised the price on the White car over the last 6 months. It was/is a much better example than the silver (other than year) (IMO).

Prices of the GT2 are going up really quick and I hope I can get one to drive and enjoy and not to keep as a garage queen. I bought my 993 Turbo almost 10 years ago and I am glad I did. If I even though about buying one similar to mine now I would keep it in my bedroom and would rarely drive it and that sucks.

The white one with 1,600 miles had minor body damage. Both rear fender lips were creased in on either side from the shipping company. He didn't want to get it fixed as to not alter it's originality. I was going to buy the car, but once I went there in person to see it, I wasn't too happy about the damage, particularly given its premium price.

The damage on the white one makes me sad. At that point why bother with a 1600 mile car at all???

Amazing. This was in my consideration set and spoke to him about the car. He never mentioned this. Prob would have eventually but it's important to be up front about everything. Especially at that price point. Car is perfect. Low miles. Blah blah. Show up and it's, ok so the thing is... Not trying to bash. I don't know him and he has a nice collection of cars.

Too bad it is on the bad side of the Atlantic for you.
Non Club-Sport Mk2 are unusual on this side.
I know, it's silver

Reasonable is a subjective.
There was a posting on another website that mentioned 996 GT2 being sold for $160k USD in the UK
