Thanks Mike, also for adding on to the "****" theme with your sig's presence ! The rear Motons are mounted on the vertical parts of the rollbar behind the seats. The fronts are under the hood on either side of the battery. I'll take some pics this weekend and update the flickr stream.

Nice, please post pics! I don't think I've seen a SY 6.2 here, they are all 6.1's that I have seen in SY.

EDIT: Im an idiot didn't see the link...

Nice ride! Real Nice!

So, do you plan on leaving the car stock?

Looks great with the e88s.

Thanks. Yea, I'm thinking of leaving it stock.

Edgy, thanks to you too. There are a couple of other SY 6.2 GT3's around here. Honestly, my favorite GT3 color even before I bought mine. It has all the goodness of white but with some extra spice added to it. Nice change vs the black 06 Boxster S which I've had since new (and still keeping, for now).

That's crazy. 159,900.00 AUD = 146,162.19 USD

I wonder why there is no burgeoning used car import market to AU to arbitrage out this ridiculous price differential. Or is it all taxes?

That's high $$ for a 6.2 GT3, but its low k's (were on kilometers) and rare colour for a mk2... I guess someone will pay it. Realistic values are right around $100k give or take though.

Plenty of used imports here, from Japan and US. But late models are not tangible due to LHD to RHD conversion costs. 30+ year cars are ok to stay LHD so lots of us muscle down here, I've had a few 69 Camaros myself.

Thanks!
As for a Cup, I want to win a few more MX-5 Skippy races first and maybe finish well in the championship this year or next. A Cup (or a monster Cayman) and raising things up a notch will then be the reward. This will give me enough time for savoring the 6GT3. At least that's the plan. We'll see how things go.

That is a nice car-a late congrats. I'm looking at a similar car, with just over 30k miles. Drove it mildly today for the second time. Drove it a bit more aggressively in the back country here a few weeks ago. I still recall how that felt. The "selling" owner, and I, both need to make a decision in a couple of weeks.
