FS: 20' Pace Enclosed Trailer **BLOWOUT PRICE**

**8/25/12 UPDATE**
**AFTER DECIDING TO HANG ON TO THE TRAILER I REALIZED I AM NOT TOWING ANYMORE SO IT"S TIME TO PUT IT BACK UP FOR SALE**
**JUST SOLD MY TOW VEHICLE AND NOW HAVE NOTHING TO TO THE TRAILER**
**HAD A MINOR ACCIDENT WITH THE TRAILER WHERE I HIT A STEP WITH THE LIFT GATE AND IT BEND THE DOOR BACK A LITTLE. THE PRICE REFLECTS THAT**
**THE DAMAGE DIDN"T AFFECT THE ALIGNMENT OF THE DOOR, HINGES, INTEGRITY, ETC**
I'm hanging up my trailering days so I am offering my car trailer for sale.
Price is $5500. I am located in Raleigh, NC. 1 hour from VIR and 3 hours from CMP.

Custom built to order in 2006
24” Aluminum Tread Plate Stoneguard
(4) D-Rings
(2) Roof Vents (just replaced 5/2011)
(2) Interior Dome Lights with wall switch
(1) Spare Tire/Wheel
Independent Torsion Suspension Axles (Very nice!)
Electric Brakes
Upgraded Wheels with Goodyear Marathon Radials 205-75-15
Spring Assisted Ramp Door
Load Leveling Hitch System (adjustable hitch included)
High Performance Anti-Sway Cams
Electric Tongue Jack
Fuel Jug Holder (includes (3) 5-gallon jugs)
Tie Down Hanger (includes ratcheting tie down set)
Tire Rack (holds 8 wheel/tires)...I typically had a second full set of slicks and a set of rains in 245/315 sizing and they fit with room to spare.
There are some misc scratches, etc on the exterior but nothing that detracts from the trailer or the purpose. Just a good cleaning and she is ready to go. Also had all the bulbs checked and replaced a couple as well as a couple light covers so all lights are fully functioning.

Just running out of space (6 cars and a trailer) and moving to an apt in 4 weeks for the next 8-9 months while we wait for our new home to be completed. The lift is probably next......
