Dog definitely dog ate those seats. the rear speaker too. What a piece of ..... Not much else to say.

Since its a cabrio I'm going to venture that top got left down in the rain a few times.

I had an Audi A6 that I passed on to my son. He left the passenger window open one night, and the seat got soaked. I don't know how hard he tried to dry it out, but it wasn't long before it started to fall apart. Car had high miles, but the interior was in very good condition before that incident. Kids!

Both of these are parts cars, at best. I hope no sucker pays those asking prices.
