Default Agency mufflers

Looking to add some snort to my 03 C4S. Ive seen Agency mufflers and they look nice and would add some HP and added sound for around a grand. Anyone have experience with these.

thanks

I have a set of fabspeed mufflers I just took off my car. I'll let them go for a good price.

Does your C4S have the Porsche Sport Exhaust option?

If so, I'd stick with that.

If not, having gone through multiple exhausts I'd look into the Gundo/Fister hack first.

If you want to go all out, then order the full setup (Headers/X-Pipe/Exhaust) from TopGearUK. It'll run you about ~$1500 shipped from London - I can send you a video if you like.

FWIW I put the Milltek mufflers on my car. Fitment was a bit difficult, had to bend and cut a few things to get it to sit just right, but once installed I'm 100% happy with the sound. Off-throttle or part-throttle it's more or less identical to stock, but once you get above about 25% throttle it really growls and sounds perfect. At WOT it's probably 2-3x as loud as stock. You can still have a conversation over it, but it definitely sounds angry. Perfect for a street or occasional track car IMO. Anything louder would be obnoxious for daily use.

Took advantage of Brexit and got it fairly cheap since it's made and distributed from UK, so when the pound dropped it was a great time to buy.

Hmm. Milltek install went fine on my C4S. No cuts or bends.

Yeah, mine is narrowbody. I suspect they designed the kit "to fit both cars" but actually only test-fit it on a widebody, and it needs the extra little bit of width of the wider bumpers on the widebody cars. I had to make some adjustments to move the mufflers toward the centerline of the car slightly to avoid rubbing the bumpers, but not so much that the exhaust tips don't line up with the bumper cutouts. Not a huge pain, but I was kind of annoyed that it didn't just bolt right on.

That makes sense, I think the connecting tubes to the cross pipes would have been far too long for a narrow body.

Do you have a link you can post to your topgearuk video? Been wondering what their setup sounds like. And any idea if their 200 cell sport cats are made by HJS? Website doesn't specify

I have both the FabSpeed Exhaust on my 03 Targa and The Power Agency Exhaust on my 04 C2 - I really like the Power Agency, sound great, build is good for the $, you can't go wrong

I have a narrow body and my best friend has a C4s... we have swapped exhaust systems twice. somehow our systems are interchangable.

Mufflers, of any kind, will not add HP. You can get the sound you want, but don't believe the claims of more HP.
