Default help with brake identification 996 track car

Guys - have a 99 996 C2 new to me track car - trying to determine what brake setup this is........caliper numbers...

996 351 430 - these are 996TT fronts correct?

996 351 426 - standard C2 rears?

305mm rotors front and back......

Does PFC make a 08 or 11 that fits the 996 TT 4 piston front caliper? Not seeing a listing for one.......

TIA for the help!

Pelican parts lists 426 as c2 front brakes. Perhaps the PO got larger front TT/C4S brakes and moved the original C2 brakes to the rear.

Are you sure about the rotor sizes? That part doesn't make any sense. The rest does. It's most likely they have upgraded to GT3 uprights.

See if you can get a part # off of the wheel carrier.

Also, are there any spacers between the calipers and the wheel carriers?

As for the 4 pot TT calipers, just look up front brake pads for a 996TT and you will have plenty of choices. The won't work for rotors though. Rotors are based off of your wheel carrier.

Ya that's what's throwing me.........pretty straightforward TT calipers to front - front calipers to rear - the odd rotor size is what was throwing me.........

If they just did the calipers and not the the wheel carriers, and they aren't using spacers on the calipers, then the 305mm rotor may be the only ones that would fit.

Jason:

Performance Friction part number for the 996TT/997S front caliper is PF7818. They make this one in the 08 and 11 compound. Part number for stock 996 front caliper is PF0776 which we also have in stock in 08 and 11 compound.

Kind regards,
