That was my experience too. Poor (or no) communication, no tracking #, etc., but the product showed up in about 10 days.

The lip arrived today. So a week after I paid, not too bad. However look how it is packaged, I hope it did not damage the lip. For the others that bought this lip, is this how it was packaged and did it cause any install issues?

Take it out of the box and put it in the sun if you do not live in the colder regions. It will fix itself. Mine was like that and I just left it for a month in my basement and it is fine.

I put it in my garage and took my wife's hair dryer to it for about 30 minutes (and a couple beers), eventually it got close enough to it's shape that I installed it

I like it. +1 on leaving it in the sun to warm it up. I did the similar process on a 944T I had.

Is it true the polyurethane body parts fit better than fiberglass?
