While it's not dispositive of anything, in my experience, Americans also don't typically use decimal points in lieu of commas (122.000 miles). Betcha anything the poster is in the UK.
I had a similar one when I was looking for my "toy", the choice was either a 996 or an M3, this one was a Kijiji add (Craigs list kinda sucks in my bit of Canada) same kinda sob story, bereaved woman selling car, had left the country etc etc, I think they wanted $5 or 6k for a $15K car. Would deliver. Oddly enough they did not have the car available for viewing. I guess they do now have my email address though!
My 1998 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 4x4 never had or need any paint/body work done, garaged keep always, without any mechanical problems, tires and wheels are in great shape as well, electric is working perfectly. The engine is 5.7L, Gas V8, the Automatic Tranmission shifts perfectly and the truck has only 110,000 miles. Has a clean and clear US title under my name and there are no liens or loans on it. I am selling it at this final price of ($1,500 including delivery to your address), because I want to sell the truck very quickly. My husband passed away 2 months ago (he had a heart attack). This truck brings me bad memories and I can no longer afford 2 trucks. That's the main reason I need to sell it. My daughter and I, decided to sell the house and we moved to my sister in Omaha, NE. Unfortunately I can't conclude this transaction personally because my work involves a lot of traveling, but I left everything prepared for the sale.
