Looks like April 16th. Neat idea - might be something we can copy here in KCRPCA. Have fun.

We generally go up Friday night and leave Saturday afternoon after the swap.
I have over 10 years of photos of my son in front of a vintage Porsche from the swap.... At some point I'll put them all together for him!

Looks like I'll be showing up with an old Porsche boat at Hershey this year. Arriving late Fri and leaving noon on Sat. If anyone has accommodations they would like to share, I will of course compensate. The two hotels I checked so far are booked, but I can find a place if no luck.

Curious to hear about it as well. I've read the posting, it says 16th only, but appears to be over the whole weekend.
For someone considering buying a car there, what day would be best?

Saturday is always the big day. If the weather is good it will likely be the world's largest gathering of Porches in one place. If wandering around and looking at thousands of different 911s, boxsters, 944s, 356s, 928s, Caymans, carrera gts, and for some dumb reason a panamera and/or a Cayenne, it's the place to be. If you need some excruciatingly rare part for a something or other, also a good place to be.
If you are not super into all that, then it's a bunch of cars parked in a parking lot.
I live about 25 minutes away but my son has baseball from noon to 4 on Saturday so I probably won't make it over this year.

Hershey swap meet
I live in Hershey and go every year. There are a lot of cars for sale and a lot of cars on display. They have tons of car parts especially for the older cars and a new parts as well. They open at 7 am I believe. I have only been there on Saturday. It's like a candy store for grown-ups.

We're already here patiently waiting. Been coming for close to 20 years. Looks like the weather is going to cooperate again this year. Simmons hotel is in walking distance to the swap and usually quite a few other p cars show up here. Also a good car wash a block from here on the same road.
