I would trade it in for the millienium edition on eBay with just 600 miles and was stored in climate control garage all its life. And also buy a Singer 911 and a 2017 991. Done.
The rest of the money goes to new Lamborghinis, new Ferraris and vintage Aston Martins.
I'd send it to my local shop and have them rebuild the engine, stock. Then buy a GT3 of some kind and send it to them and have them rebuild it for the track. Maybe buy a turbo model too and send it to them for a rebuild.
Although at that point I'd turn a 918 into my daily driver or if I didn't want all that fancy electronics I'd get a carrera gt and DD it.
Definitely keep and baby it. I'll need a reminder of my roots when I pick up my Singer. Also, my children will need to learn to drive a Porsche on something.

They can learn on my 918 if I have kids.
Actually I'd buy two 918's so I could get a bumper sticker "my other 918 is a 918" like this guy in town - although last I heard he has 3 of them.
