It gave me a bit of a heart attack when i first got my car. I would clean it out with a rag and after a week or two of general town driving notice it. A good highway drive getting the engine and oil up to temp and burning of any water vapour seemed to resolve it.
I fell victim to the mayo in the filler tube trap.

B3freak was kind enough to post this on my thread.

NOW we are talking - Scotland !!!

I do like that Turbo bumper -- makes any 996 look good/better IMHO.

It's not a 996 ( Aston, so not bad) but here's more of Bonnie Scotland - and a fabulous road that i would to love to drive in a Porsche one day.

I am guessing this article was from 2003-2004 when the car came out....a different time.

The national speed limit in the UK is 70 MPH, but in the first page the writer takes you thru his blast up to 140 MPH - something no one would admit nowadays in print for fear of prosecution.

Well written, i have to agree to not liking the holes in the side of the car for the Turbo.

Default Has the time of Porsche's black sheep finally come?

Did a quick scan of previous pages, I don't think we've posted this one... if so happy to delete.

Don't give anyone here on RL ideas for what to write on my German tag. hahaha

"ASSHAT" would prolly be the recurring suggestion.
