WICKED MOTOR IS A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH
I had the worst experience in my life dealing with wicked motor.i bought a 996tt upgrade to 997tt ,after one year of delay, I received the kit with damaged hood, missing head lights, while TNT CONFIRMED that its the same weight they picked up from wicked motor.
any one here can recommend a lawyer in the LA area for a anti fraud law claims ?

I do not believe you will find any attorneys in California specializing in "anti fraud law claims."
Was the hood damaged in transit - i.e. was the packing material damaged as well, or was the box in perfect shape upon arrival? If the former, you should be pursuing the damage claim with the shipper. If the latter, you need to calculate the damages you have suffered.
If the dollar amount falls within the small claims limits in your area, small claims is the affordable way to proceed. If you hire a lawyer, you are going to spend more on legal fees than you recover. You are not going to find a contingency attorney willing to work on a case with a very small payout.
If working with the vendor has not yielded results - and I mean actually working with them to resolve the issue - start using all of the resources available to publicize the issue to see if that produces results. Filing a BBB claim, for example, may yield results - but only with a vendor who has a good BBB rating. If you're working with a vendor who doesn't care what people think, obviously this won't be helpful.
Posting (non-libelous) complaints on their social media (Facebook, Twitter, whatever) may also net results, as no business wants unanswered complaints hanging out on their social media presence.
As an aside...if the worst experience of your life has been enduring the difficulty of upgrading your 996TT to a 997TT, you have led an awesome life - so congratulations on that.

You cannot claim fictitious expenses in a court case. Well, you CAN, but you're going to **** off a judge.
You had a working car and wanted to upgrade it, right? How precisely does that entitle you to a years' worth of car rentals?
You may think you're going to teach Wicked a lesson, but the odds are that - if this made it to trial - the judge will tear you a new one and dismiss the case. Don't make stuff up. Those guys in the black robes get irritated when people trump up damages, and they also get pissy when their time is wasted.
I hope you get your stuff and can finish your car, but people who sue other people "to teach them a lesson" are often as not the ones who wind up getting schooled...

the car had sustained a frontal accident and was dismantled in an auto body shop ready to take in the upgrade kit. The work shop charges daily charges on cars that set in there work shop occupying space , waiting for parts that supposed to be brought by the owner .
I hope now ,you tell me that I will win ??

Part time lawyer here. So let's go back to the beginning. I would try contract law. You paid them x and did not receive it. The question is did they ship it? as schnell said, the hood damage is on the shipper. Not shipping headlights for 2-3k is a whole different story. Small claims I think where I live is $2500. File a suit for that and they will have to show up to court with proof they shipped it. If they don't show you win. The time thing is a whole different animal and you could get a lawyer and go for actual damages, but the cost of the lawyer would eat any money you get.
