Default SOME OF YOU ARE LUCKY

I don't get to drive mine every day, maybe only once a week or even worse sometimes. Those who live a ways from work or have somewhere they go every day have a chance to drive theirs often. These guys are lucky. Tonight I got to drive mine maybe only 40 miles but it was a great night and the road was glass smooth and the car was perfect, I was thinking that I wish I could do this more often.

I don't drive mine daily either but FWIW, I envy your long trips. I haven't done that!

I drive mine everywhere to everything.

Know it's not the smartest thing, but it's my only car.

It's never let me down though **knock on wood

I still love and smile every time I walk up to it..

My wife drives her car nearly everyday. I get to check oil and water and air in tires. My son gets to wash it and vacuum.

I know what you mean. I recently started using my home office as my primary work space. I think I've put 4 miles on the 911 in the last 3 weeks.

I have to agree with this sentiment. My job/occupation doesn't lend itself to regular use of the Porsche, the main reason being is that I have a company vehicle that by necessity is large (Infinity QX-56)... While I feel very fortunate to be able have a 911 as a "second/fun" car, I wish I could drive it more!!!

I can operate my business from home and have lot of flexibility as far as time management goes. I try to drive my 996 every day and my 997 at least 2-3 times a week. I'm fortunate, I know.

I spend much more time in airplane seats than in my 997 seat.

I know exactly how you feel Dave.

I drive my 911 once or twice a week at most. The plus side is , every drive in the Pcar is special.

I used to travel a lot at a previous job and my car would spend most its time at the airport parking garage.

Now though I commute every day and use it as a daily driver.

I sometimes forget what I'm driving and then don't realize it until I hit the autocross or track again - then I get an appreciation for the car and its capabilities. But in traffic it's just another day

I get used to it and then have to drive the gf's Jetta or my Jeep...

In traffic it can be a pita, but then I'm having a bad commute in a Porsche which is way better than being in the Jetta (or many other cars) - although the Jeep with a glass pack is kind of fun but still.
