Sonnen OEM Porsche parts has the factory parts (clutch disc, pressure plate, and throw out bearing) for about $562 plus shipping.

Full clutch kit packaged together from Sonnen is $566.53.

How much is labor from a shop? I believe my shop is $140 an hour?
