Default WIPERS STAY ON

I am in LA and had my car washed this morning and the wipers wont turn off. I pulled the fuse but whenever I put it back in the wipers come on again. Is there a rain sensor and where is it? The car is a 2000 C2 coupe.

Are you my wife? She calls me several times a year with some inexplicable mechanical failure that typically is resolved by me reaching into the car and pushing a button. Best one was when she was convinced the steering was going haywire because she could feel the heat coming through the wheel.

There, fixed it.

How can you know you fixed it?

I turned off the heated steering wheel.
