Its really not that steep but it does look a lot flatter due to the angle of the photo. Without the ramps over the drainage ditch in front of the garage the front lip would hit the driveway, bend and possibly rip off.

What lift are you using in your garage and what feedback can you provide?

Its an Atlas 7000lb Mid-Rise Scissor Lift

Its phenomenal and has paid for itself 5 times over in just a few months. It works great for the Porsche, provides full access to the rear engine, I do suspension tweaks for track days in an hour instead of hours, oil changes are minutes, basically all of the work you've seen in this thread has been done on this lift.

Would buy again 10/10.

It also is cut out in the middle so I can drop a complete drivetrain for Porsches or BMWs (RWD).

I like the fact that I can move this out into the driveway if I wanted to or keep it in the garage. I hope to dig a little pit and put it into the ground when the new garage is built so that it is out of the way when not in use.

That's exactly what I'll be doing with mine this winter time. Its getting a lot of use between a few too many projects right now. With the shop rates being $100-$165 per hour in Seattle - Its easily already paid for itself a few times over
