Default How to lube rear spolier?

I'm starting to hear squeaks when the spolier moves down from the extended position. Should I lube it and how?

You should see a 1/4" hole on the hinge cylinders when the spoiler is up. Photo #14 here https://rennlist.com/forums/997-foru...y-rebuild.html

Just squirt some lube into the hole.

Can I use KY Jelly? My wife told me I won't be needing it anymore for a long time.

Unfortunately KY is waterbased so it probably wouldn't last very long for this application. My rec. would be to save it for when your wife tells you to "go F***k yourself"... I speak from experience

I have used some teflon-based stuff for bicycle chains before, and it worked pretty well.
