For a factory XAA car with a desirable color, lower mileage, LSD, and sport backs? I tend to disagree.

Then why is it still for sale a month later? Because it's yellow and over priced!

For the service history, mileage, and options, I would disagree. It's a fair and reasonable price. Can you find a cheaper 996? Definitely. Will you find one with the same options and condition for much less? Probably not.

It looks to be serviced well but all there is to rely on is the Carfax which isn't too detailed. It is definitely well optioned.

Use a paint meter to compare the thickness of the paint at the door jambs to the rest of the panels. You can easily determine if the car has had paint repair.

The more I look at it, the less I want to... the front end has burned my retinas I think.

"currently equipped with a 6-Speed Manual transmission"?? Does it have a trans-transmission that self identifies as a 6-Speed?

Lots of 996s in the D.C. area right now. Happy to help if someone finds one they are serious about.

Among the list I found this one...

That one is literally down the street from me if someone is interested. There is also a good Porsche Indy (IMA) in the same building complex as this dealer that would be good for a PPI.
