Default Can't close my engine trunk lid

Hey all, just wanted to run my problem by all of you gurus. 2001 c4 cab.
Not my first time changing my engine air filter. So this time. I did it all. And now the fresh air scoop doesn't line up trunk lid. So for now I'm manually aligning it for it to close. Any ideas? I didn't move anything. Please chime in!
Thanks

Is your bolt next to the hinge receiver in place on your air box?

It sounds like your airbox lid is not sitting on the base straight. It can take some doing to get it to seat all the way around, especially when a new filter is put in. Because it is so hard to see, about the only way you can tell if it is seated all the way is to use your hand to feel the lip where the lid and base meet all the way around the perimeter of the box.
