Default Highest mileage 996 ?

Trying to better understand the
Durability of 996's I did research
Of mileage on cars in the marketplace
I searched autotrader and ebay
and found 60 cars with over
100k miles and none mentioned
Replaced ims or replaced engine
Some may have been advertised
in both and there are several other formats for sales
I think these high mileage cars
Bode well for the durability issues.
If your 996 is over 100k please post, if you of a 996 with the highest miles please post

This is the kind of post I like. A confidence builder that tells you it's OK to drive the crap out your 911.Not a 996 but my Porsche mechanic has one customer that has over 270k on his late 80's 911. My 2002 currently has 68k on her but I'd love to average 10k a year for the next decade.

I had a customer who was the first owner of an 87 911 with 469,000 on the odometer. The engine was never opened up! I changed his oil every three weeks ( he traveled a lot ) with regular castrol 10w30 oil and half a quart or marvel mystery oil. It ran fine until he was rest ended, which retired the car...

Only 83k on mine, but I plan on keeping on top of the maintenance and plan on driving it like it's stolen. This thread will soon be filled with naysayers and comments about how your data sample is incomplete etc etc etc.. Ignore them ! So who has the highest mileage??

Rb101 I think is about 150 k miles according to a survey I did a while back on earliest

125k+ on m1 oil, original ims(flange and rms was changed due to leak though), usual maintenance, recent oil sample came back good, redline it every time I drive it.
