Default How old are the 996 owners ?
I read in another thread the 996 owners tend to be younger than 997 owners..wondering if that is the case !

Bought my first 996 new at age 31 and just added to my German collection (Touareg and Passat) a 2nd 996, a dedicated track car at 41..aiming for a 997 GT3 in 2 years.

bought my 911 last year at 32... have a Touareg as a daily driver and I wouldn't say no to a GT3!

okay I'm the outlier so I better chime in...bought mine at 22 (thank you NROTC scholarship). 26 now.

Got mine this spring at 24; basically rebuilt it mechanically (cosmetics were fine) over the course of 3 months, got it back on the road just after I turned 25.
