Default Hankook $80 rebate

Just had set of 4 Hankook V12's installed and pleased to find out that there is an $80 rebate now in effect if you buy a set of 4 on this model.

I had Hankooks V12 on 18 inch wheels a month ago which included an $80 send away rebate. Total just under $800.. Good so far. Amazing how smoothly the car rides on new tires.

"Hankook" pronounced "Hun gook"...

I have been using Sumitomo H III about the same prices. Nice tread patern.

I had these tires and I think they are great for the price. They are smooth and quiet for a performance tire. They are good handling tire and I have tracked them too. As you more up in speed to higher run groups you will find the need for something more extreme. I find the initail turn in not as responsive as better tires like the Michellin Super Sport. For a daily driver who just takes the car out on some fast runs in the hills they are great.

Not to thread high-jack, but I really like the tread design of Vredestein. This tire is codesigned by the Italian design firm Giugaro, which has also designed the Maserati Body Styling. It looks cool and different.

I have never used them before, but I think the next set of tires for any of my cars, I am going to try them out. Here are some pictures. Enjoy the video.

BTW, I have no affiliation with Vredestein. Just thought id share.

Sweet, I just bought v4ES for my G35, and it looks like the rebate applies to that...that's $50 bucks I didn't plan on.

Thanks,

DS
