Default Porsche 996/997/Boxster/Cayman EBC Red Stuff Brake Pads

I have a set of EBC Red Stuff Ceramic Low-Dust Brake Pads for sale. They are EBC P/N DP31514C, they have about 1200 miles on them and I am asking 60.00. New they are about $100

They fit the following Porsche Models:

Front Brakes:
99-2007 Boxster S
2006-2007 Cayman S
1998-2005 996 Carrera 2/4/4S
2005-2006 997 Carrera 2

Rear Brakes:
1998-2005 996 Carerra Turbo/Turbo S
2001-2003 996 GT2
1999-2005 996 GT3
2005-2006 997 Carrera S

These pads are slightly used. I found that they did not suit my needs and I removed them after approximately 1200 miles.

New thickness is 17mm, these pads have on average 15.5mm left on them.

These pads are in perfect condition, they have great stopping power, are quiet, and generate minimal dust.

their stopping power was great, but my real quest was for a very low dust pad. These pads make less dust then the stock pads, but they are still very dirty. I am now trying out Hawk Ceramic pads, and the early results are very encouraging. If brake dust is not an issue for you, then these pads will be an excellent buy.

Thanks. Please update us on the Hawks once you have enough experience with them. This kind of "real user" knowledge sharing is what makes this forum great. GLWS

Just installed these today and I love them!

I had been using the Porsche Sport pads all summer but now that my DE season is done I am relieved to have non-squealing brakes on my car. It felt strange to stop each time today and not have to worry about my brakes making horrendous noises.

A lesson to all of those considering track pads for daily use...don't do it! I didn't believe the advice I read but they make tons of noise when cold. Once warm they quiet down or if you bed them in after a high speed run, but around town they start to glaze and sound awful.
