What year is it? Does it appear to have the metallic flake that Lapis is know for? The easiest thing would be to just look at the paint code.

could be lapis. It changes in the light.

yea midnight is more "Blue Inky", it looks like Lapis... but you really cant tell from that Pic...

is this a car you are looking at? how about calling the seller and asking them to get the paint code off the under side of the hood.....camera can make colors look really wrong depending on the lighting and settings
