My neighbor around the corner from me just purchased a stock 40AE with slightly more miles, I think around 36k, and from what I recall paid close to $50k after taxes and fees. It was a private sale. If I was in your shoes, I'd offer the car with 2 price points. One stock (no GT3 parts) and one with the parts. Having limited knowledge of your car, I'd price it in low 50s for stock? A very clean example with luggage and 40k miles sold on BaT in January for $56k plus fees and taxes. Spring is almost here and that tends to drive the prices up a bit too. Do some market research on the GT3 parts to see what they go for and offer them all as a bundle at maybe 75% of the cost, if you want to get rid of it all in one go. Just my 2 cents.
I always preach this, but I can't stress enough how important it is to put together a quality advert if you intend to sell it yourself. Put effort into a short narrative about the car, quality photos and all records, which you should have a lot of. Be transparent and through. After all, for most if not all, this is an emotion purchase and a well written and presented car will evoke some emotions in the prospects. This is so often overlooked and will bring in a higher selling price. In my eyes and many others, the effort you put into selling the car can be equal to the effort you put into the car as an owner. Yeah, you'll probably deal with some people that will make your blood boil a bit but that's part of the game if you sell it yourself. In the past, when coming across those interactions I might entertain a few real well thought out questions but if they're just lowballing, I just cut the interaction short and politely reply with, "sounds to me like this might not be the right car for you. Thank you for your interest and wish you best of luck finding the right car". PCA put out a good video (although crappy audio) with Nathan Merz talking about selling cars. It's a good watch.
Bigger question, what's next?!

Great comment thanks. I have sold my last two collector cars using local consignment services.
I may go this route for this car too
One comment in over a week gives me a good indication of market

Consignment is how I acquired my car. Had its positives and negatives from the buyer perspective. Depending on how you feel about the car, I wouldn't worry about "the market". If I was in your shoes, I'd worry about finding a good next owner for the car. It's not a logical but an emotional decision and hopefully you'll find someone that will appreciate the car for what it is, the pinnacle of 996 diving experience without going for the GT3 badge. Many people still don't know about the 40AE but once they learn and understand it they typically look for that specific model. I know that was me and now my neighbor! Good luck with the sale!
