Default CEL & Shuddering Under Acceleration

Just brought my car out of 6 months of storage and have a CEL. Under acceleration the car shudders. From a stop, the CEL flashes until I hit around 35 mph.

I'm hoping to meet up with a buddy to borrow his OBD II reader for some codes, but thought I'd check with you guys to see if you have any ideas what it could be.

I'm thinking it's mis-firing so plugs and/or coil packs... but would welcome any input.

My FVD intake is getting pretty dirty and I'm about to go clean it. I doubt it has anything to do with the problem, but thought I'd add that tidbit if it makes a difference.

There is no use speculating until you get the codes read.

Started the car up a couple hours later and seemed to be running fine on the way to my buddy's. OBD II Reader said P0305 - Misfire- Cylinder #5. Cleared the code and it hasn't come back after an hour of driving. My guess was a 'gummed up' plug from storage. Either way, it's working and it's great to have the car back.

Most likely will happen again. You should change all your plugs and coils. Your coil on #5 is probably cracked.
