Default Window micro switch help

Is this a DIY job? Where is the switch located at? Do I need any special tools to get to the switch or door panel off?

My window (diver side) will not lower the few MM when I open the door either from the inside or outside. The motor will push the window up the few MM when I close the door, after I position the window myself. I tried to re-learn the window but that does not work. Help!

ok, yes the window will not go down when opening from the outside or inside. I hear the motor work and see the window try to move just a bit. when i slowly left on the door handles. Just notice this with in the last couple of days. So could it still be the window regulator?

If u hear the motor working then the microswitch is working. Its probably you window regulator. Any crunching noises as you lower or raise window using switch.

Nope, no crunching noises at all. Window goes up and down normal with both auto and holding the switch. The only exception is the few MM rolls down when opening the door.
