Question BEST SOUNDING EXHAUST?? PSE OR FABSPEED

Okay guys...I NEED a better sounding P...and my "modding hairs" are standing up in my neck......got to mod!

Did everything I could think of: facelift from 99 to 03, lowered the P, CF sills, 3 spoke steering wheel, everything inside black (from that ugly 99 graphite black), cold air intake, wilhelmy remote/smart top (currently being repaired), silver airbag strip, alu rings around gauges,

but now I need a better sportier sound, and I hope this post is going to give me the answer;

PSE or FABSPEED????

They both sound great. I think there should be some exhaust clips done in the past if you do a search (topic has been beaten with a telephone poll) . I know Fabspeed has some sound clips on their website. The only way you will find out what the "BEst sounding exhaust" is if you hear them both. Everyone will claim their exhaust sounds the best...

If you can afford it, PSE can NOT be touched for sound!

I know about the sound clips from fabspeed I have been listening to them....I want that raspy Ferrari sound..the sound that makes you do a double take, because it sounds great not because you think it is a Civic or muscle car.
Dell I have heard people on this forum saying PSE is a little tame and that Fabspeed sounds better....

evo.....is this because you went for the Fabspeeds? or because you really prefer the sound?

Can someone fill me in on this PSE switch? I've never heard of a muffler having electronics involved.

Nicolas, I bought the car with the Fabspeed on it.... The PSE is not as loud as the Fabspeed, although it is nice sounding. PSE is more throatier than the Fabspeed, the Fabspeed is definitely deeper. That's why I think it's a matter of preference. None of the two have the grumble of a Ferrari you are looking for though IMO. I like the exhaust somewhat loud, so I would choose fabspeed if I had to buy.... Plus, when you combine it with a chip, intake and headers, it sounds amazing... the cost and the weight savings are just icing on the cake

thanks evo...I understand about the Ferrari sound, just tried to make readers understand what I am looking for...and the throatiness is what I am looking for...do you feel the fabs sound more like a muscle car? More of a rumble, because this is how it sounded in the clips on the fabspeed site..
