Question 1999 996 c2 Lightweight Flywheel options

I'm having a hell of a time finding a lightweight flywheel, quickly. I've been working with a paid sponsor of this board and it's been a nightmare thus far. It involved paying an exorbitant ammount for shipping a clutch and Fidanza flywheel overnight, taking off work to receive said parts only to find out they shipped just the flywheel (not the clutch) and then to find out the flywheel doesnt even fit the 3.4.

I've spoken to Fidanza, and they do not make a lightweight flywheel for the 3.4. Stillen aparently doesnt make one either, according to Stillen themselves. Yet it seems there are a couple places on the internet in which one can purchase a Stillen flywheel for 99 996 c2. Interesting.

EVOMS has a flywheel, but at an extra high price, as well as FVD.

Are there any other options for the 3.4 motor?

there doesn't seem to be any options besides Sachs/Clutchmasters (i'm not even sure if they make one) and the FVD/Evoms unit unfortunatly.

those 3.6l guys are hogging all the cheap fun

Were you credited for the shipping charges?

You really have to be careful who you buy from, most don't have a clue. My favorite are the aftermarket suppliers of water radiators (not oil-coolers) for the older air-cooled 964/993s.
