Dell, since the Costco 47 vented battery is a lot smaller, would you expect that it would not last as long between usage?

That my friend is a question I wish I knew the answer to. But, at $45 I am not really as worried about it. The next closet battery in price for a 48 I could find was in the $75 range and I honestly don't believe the 48 could last 2x as long as the 47 so to answer your question in a different way......I think cost per day of working ownership is probably similar regardless of size.
