Default Selling my Turbo

I'm not terribly thrilled to be selling my car but life kinda throws sharp curves at you at certain moments and "ya gotta do what ya gotta do". Feedback welcome.

very nice car. I like the wood, although a lot of people will bail just for that reason. Either way, I think you've under priced it a bit, but you may be in a hurry to sell so thats understandable.

Good luck sir.

Agreed with car value comments. This is a nice car.

Color is the "kills bugs fast" car.

I consulted a few folks and felt that it was a fair number given the interior and the paint work. This is not an investment grade cream puff though I'd wager that it's in as good a cosmetic and mechanical shape as any out there. The beauty in that is that should someone be compelled to change the interior trim, it probably wouldn't devalue this car. I certainly wouldn't do that as I really enjoyed the trim. Most people who have seen the car in person admit that they were in no way fans of wood trim but, upon seeing the combination with my car, completely reversed their opinions. Regardless, someone will get a stellar car at a fair price.

Thanks

yes, the trim is all factory. Apparently every light rootwood option (over $10K!) Not very popular these days but it charmed me in person and I had no plans to change it.

LOL AC SATCO that's partially why I'm forced to sell it! The wife won't let me aquire any more toys and she is too afraid for me to drive it on the street since some careless young lady backed into the rear fender. I miss driving on track more than I thought and I promised not to track this one. Plus, we are planning to relocate and I need to downsize the fleet. A bunch of tiny reasons that all led up to a decision I'm likely going to regret for a long long time. Oh well, there are worse things, I'll live.

For what it's worth, all the wood can be removed and converted to plain interior. I did that on a previous 993

You'll be OK. I sold my 993 TT 18 months ago. Do I miss is? Yeah, a little bit. Am I losing any sleep over selling it? Not at all.
