FD Motorsports Black Ceramic. No affiliation. Had them on my 993TT which I sold. Excellent exhaust and tips. http://fdmotorsports.net/993-exhaust-tips-wide-ovals/

Tips are really hard to get - no one seems to be making them anymore. Search the for-sales and perhaps ask FD Motorsports.

Cheers,

Mike

FD was your best source and it doesn't seem very promising they will be ever be available again. Lots of members on the NA forum waiting and the wait for a used TT set will not likely happen too IMO.

It's not going to be cheap but I would just replace with the factory wide ovals.

We offer a direct bolt-on replacement upgrade for the factory exhaust tips!

If you'd like to add some extra volume as well, you may want to consider our Muffler Bypass Pipes:

I like a thin cut edge rather than the thicker rolled tips ..... not sure you can get these tips anymore.

Cheers,

Mike

These are not hard to fab up - I think you can start with 2.5" SS tubing and ovalize it, take your stock tips, cut of the tip and weld them up. Polish the SS and away you go.

Got some more muffler projects in mind this winter for the Turbo, maybe I will give it a try as part of that.

Cheers,

Mike

I have no plans to change my tips but remember that used Turbo with aftermarket tips and melted rear bumper around them? Whad they do wrong? Leaked behind the tip? Nobody wants melted bumper!

Agree RUF tips are really nice, curious how much they go for?

But it would make more sense if you actually had some RUF bits on the car too.

The fitment on this 993 is perfect, which usually is the most challenging part. Typically they either stick out too much or both sides are not equal.

I Have these, look Great but you'd need to fab them with cutting, easy, I did set years ago.
