Default Wanted: direct replacement aluminum rotor hats

It seems these have been made by a few different people at different times throughout the years but I am having difficulty finding a set.

If anyone has a set laying around or knows where some could be procured...

Cheers.

Appreciate the heads up but those are the factory steel hats. Looking for some weight savings.

Cheers.

Also I found a place that may make some but needs to make a run of them. If anyone else might be interested, please chime in here.

Hi Fortuna. Thanks for getting the pics but those are the hats from the original brake disks in steel.

I am looking for a lightweight aluminum replacement.

Cheers.

These guys will build the hats for you. Just give them the specs and they'll build the hats and rotors

Default GiroDisc P93T replacement front rotor

I have a set of P93T front replacement rotors from GiroDisc on my car. It does have the aluminum hat but I don't think it will fit the original rotors. Compared to the weight of the OEM front set-up which is about 20.2 lbs. The GiroDisc front rotors (with the aluminum hat) is about 16lbs.

HTH,

Thanks for the inputs.

Coleman wants $275 per hat to make them.

I like the Giros alot but don't think I could stand looking at slotted front and drilled rear. Just out of curiosity, how many bolts does the Giro rotor have? If 10, then I bet it is sized pretty close to the original.

4 pounds per corner is some good savings for sure.

Slotted or drilled, you can specify what you like with Giro
