Default Very nice, former RL'er 97 Turbo F/S

Recently purchased from a RL'er.

I guess there is significant money to be had when buying and selling cars.
Too much so for my tastes, since I'm not in the biz.

I can't afford to pay this "dealer premium" and prefer to deal with private parties.
(Yes, I know there are some "good" dealers, you just need to educate yourself to find them).

Wow, that's a healthy markup. My guess its a high $80's car.

Yes, it's very disappointing.

In order to clarify. I sold the car to Jochen. I have zero affiliation with the current seller and am currently addressing the unauthorized use of my images.

I thought that car looked familiar! I test drove it prior to buying my BTR. It was definitely a nice car. For mid 70s it kind of made sense. For close to 100k?! Not so sure. One hell of a mark up! At least take new pics to earn it. Lol!

I would have thought near $80K 4-5 months ago. However, over the past several months things have gone crazy. I would consider the color combo not odd at all and the mileage isn't 50K it's 46K. If he sells for much less he will be leaving money on the table. So why don't we wait and see....

I disagree 100% with your assessment. And unless we can somehow get candid answers from both the buyer and seller, we'll never know the true price.

I tend to agree with Kilodawg. I know of a few recent and confirmed sales that support this. Even with the mileage, I would not be surprised to see this car sell at close to asking price.
