Don't know much about Race Logic, which works, it seems like a piggy back ecu., In my case I use Motec M800 ecu, it has the correct algorithms to properly control traction.,cheers.

My understanding is the M800 is one of the best, although more than sufficient someone I know uses the M880. Any difference?

I know my tuners ended up fitting 996 turbo 4WD system to a 7XXhp 993GT2 racer to give some traction so if you have achieved this using electronics it would be something special....
I suspect you have achieved better control rather than being able to deploy much more torque ?
Can you share some details like what size rubber you use ? stock 4WD ? and what sort of acceleration numbers, a drag run for example ?
My 7GT2 uses factory TC and PSM and it can't really deploy much more than 800NM of torque, I have had the motor at various levels and it was the fastest 0-125mph with ~800NM..... running ~900NM now and in 1st 2nd and 3rd traction control is pretty active which limits performance back to 800NM levels of 0-200kph in ~9.5s, still worlds apart from the 993tt which just seems to light up the tyres at 800NM in 1st and 2nd unless one can find a very grippy surface

I'm using 315 in back with 12" wide rims,9.7 1/4 mile with Mickeys with a regular surface (not much bite on it).,189mph in the 1/2 mile (dirty track),calm wind, went up 10 miles since the last time,(had a head wind that time) with Hoosiers. Are you using stock gearing?? if not, should re gear with a bit taller gears, you can do wonders with the right gears.,so you can stay a bit longer in the desired gears.,hint,hint...cheers.

Has any tried using the racelogic traction controll system? I looked into it years back
If I recall porsche has misfire detection that can be a problem. Not certian. You also can't use the existing abs need to buy wheel speed sensors. I think it's possible but will be some work.
About 2500 for a complete setup.

Wow 9.7 that's awesome tell me more about the gears

189 in 1/2 mile doesn't sound like any semblance of an endurance engine there
Can you tell the time to get to 189 from standstill, from simple math I get 19s which is a solid 900hp
Tacker, the Racelogic TC system looks great on paper but when I looked at it (few years ago TBF) they were trying to make it work on a 911 with pretty limited success. Would love to know more about Sonny's and an in car vid would be awesome being able to hear and watch the TC in action

It was a while back when I looked into the Racelogic TC and couldn't find any P cars that were running it. So I wasn't comfortable taking the plunge. Like you said looks good on paper. I might pick this up again and refresh my notes. Check out the feasibility
I'm now looking into a boost controller that can change the boost setting on the fly. Maybe a AMS 1000 which can alter the boost either by gear or MPH or GPS. Only problem is I don't like adding more electronics in the cabin. Right now I'm using a dash daq for everything and it's very clean and capable.
Sonny1 has a monster of a car. I would like to check out the vids

I know Bello and talk to him here and there...if you are trapping 173 you must be putting way north of 800whp...Are you trying to con me! Damn that's astonishing anyway you put it...Your car must be very light. Eddies C2 is very light and he is putting about 1200 whp, nearly traps a few mph more than you.
Congrats man, definitely impressed. Any old videos? Would love to show my friend what an air pumper could do.

Hey Sonny, I had no idea you were a major league air cooled dragger, when you mentioned you owned a Secan there was a hint you knew your stuff and then all the mumbo jumbo about expander modules and Motec was indicative of a serious player..... the mention of Ninemeister threw me for a while (this guy has warped heads for fun )
So not another hint of sceptisism or sarcasm from me as I'm certain you know exactly where you are at with your monster motor....
One question, if you did 173mph in the 1/4 mile how come it took another 1/4 mile to put on another 26mph ? I am presuming you have to turn the wick down for more than the 1/4 to keep everything where you want it (in terms of temps) - please indulge us with pics and more
