That's A Wrap!

That's A Wrap!
With the surging popularity of automotive wrap treatments I thought it would be interesting to start saving photos in one place to give people ideas. Most have considered a color change at some point and a wrap seems to be a way to explore the idea in a way that is reversible. Who doesn't want a Riviera Blue 993?
It would also be great to hear comments about your experience good and bad.

Man, some cars look pretty good when the hood/roof/tail are colored black compared to the body color. Not the 993. Whoever designed that color scheme on the computer and OK'ed that wrap should be flogged.

Out of curiosity. How much does a full wrap cost? At a reputable shop.

I think the disconnect is the rain gutters. I agree targa's look great. That wrap with the changing line thickness, discontinuous rear lid color, among others are still not on my favorite list. The subjective-ness of car color is deep, but if I were to wrap a car, it'd be a single color...

This car has been discussed here, including pricing: https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...y-project.html
The issue with black is in detail. Including continuation of black around the rear window.

To apologize to OP for running the topic a bit off track, heres a couple links to someone that got a waterpumper wrapped. The poster did multiple posts and below are the first day and somewhere in the middle of the job. If you Google for something like "Reddit Porsche Blue Wrap" you should find more info if you'd like to read up on the wrap experience.
