I also got stung by the bogus D-Werx site and lost my money.
I subsequently ordered a red tacho face from Heiler Tachodesign and paid online through PayPal. After three weeks I received an email from Heiler stating they had not received payment for my order. I promptly replied attaching the PayPal receipt and asked them for requesting a reply. A further ten days and I sent another message through their online "contact us" form. I'm still waiting for a reply...
Update, the gauge face arrived. It looks great and exactly what I wanted but never heard anything from Heiler by way of communication.

Just for info, after being stung by Dwerx late last year I ordered from Heiler a month ago.
Good communication and product turned up within 2 weeks to the UK. This was a full set - looks good quality.
