They didn't cover me for the full appraisal, but they went up considerably from the cash value (blue book). Let me know if you want the appraiser contact (he's a Porsche guy too!). I contacted Leeland West based on ads in Panorama, but they don't cover Massachusetts.
I'm also in MA and use Safety Ins. They gave me a complicated explanation about using replacement values and comparables and basically talked me out of getting agreed value ins. They claim that the blue book value wouldn't really apply. But, I'm not so sure and have been thinking about changing the policy . .

Can you PM me the appraiser contact info? Or, put it in the forum--I'm sure he wouldn't mind the exposure! Thx.

Just call Heacock. They will send you a vehicle questionnaire and you'll need photos to send them. They'll recognize if you are a 993 nut right away. Appraisal won't be needed and they'll give you a real agreed value policy.

I also have both my Porsche insured with Hagerty (1965 356sc and 1997 Carrera s)....both insured for $90,000 and will be increasing the agreed value on both. Note: they give pretty good quotes for the classic 356sc ......not so much for the Carrera s..............a little under $1,000 each. I live in Mass.

I have agreed value on 993 and M3 with Pure. Just throwing it out there as another option. Gave me the values I wanted with no appraisal or anything.
