Hard to tell but have you been able to replicate the color of the Turbo S wheel with these? ^^^

Since they can't seem to give a straight answer, it's likely "Chrome" powder coat (many different variations and options). It could be (but does not appear so) Chrome Shadow paint (3 stage; black base, paint, clear) a la BMW E39 M5 Style 65s.

Prince Wheel Services (http://www.princewheelservices.com/) in the metro Charlotte area does magical work refinishing wheels, and they specialize in Chrome Shadow coating. Highly recommend you get in touch with them if interested in refinishing. They do local business but also have gotten a pretty successful mail-order business going through the M5 forums.

Prices are listed on their site. Highly recommend them although they can get busy at times, and the Chrome Shadow takes more time but worth the wait and effort.
