Kaege the German Singer ?

Incredible...
The Singer, based on a 964, never caught my imagination. To me it screams, "I have $400,000 US to throw around, and you don't." If I had this sort of money to "invest , I'd get a 1961 356 Roadster, a 73 911S and a 993 Carrera S, and have a few dollars left over. I'd drive them, one week at a time.
Now the Kaege, based on the 993, looks very tasteful to my eyes. It will probably cost about the same as a Singer...but then again, I don't have $400,000 to "invest". But if I did?
Appreciate the information.

Just a 993.
Everything started with a vision. That’s how these stories would usually begin. Well, to be honest, it really started more down to earth - in 2010 we just acquired a Porsche 993 which at first hasn’t been at the centre of our attention. It simply has just been there at our premises for a while.
A hardly appealing 1990ish design, but the best air-cooled standard technology that ever has left the Zuffenhausen factories.
In the light of this elementary insight, we more and more became acquainted with the idea to honour this perfect piece of engineering with the look that it actually deserves.

They are all great examples of a recreation of a 911.
"IF " I had the extra coin in that range, I would save a little more an get a Ruf. In my eyes, the original interpretation with some HP behind it.

I'm sure I'm in the minority but i really don't care for a Singer, unless it's free of course. I feel that my 993S is my Singer. It's got the old school charm with modern looks. The Singer treatment is nice but it's mostly cosmetics albeit I'm sure the stronger engine helps. I like driving the car, not so much how the car looks. Flame suit on.

Anyone know how much it would cost just to get the Cosworth engine from singer into our beloved 993? Because I feel that if it's possible, I just saved myself $300+k
