Default Everything's better in Riviera Blue: RL's newest 993 Speedster! (A.K.A., 9m93 S #5)

My completed Guards Red build went public in 2009. Rennlister JPP asked for discretion during his until he debuted his Arena Red in 2011. Another RLer has recently gone down a similar road keeping a big blue secret.

Yep, after dropping hints to build a Riviera Blue Speedster with RLers like Arena993 (Mike) and Opo (Rudy), success:
Glad to congratulate RLer 600RR (aka White Cab and Raptor) Sid on his beautiful blue baby!

He started a thread on my rattle-trap's recent magazine coverage & allowed me to reciprocate here, introducing the newest & shiniest Rennlist ride...
After months of trusting NineMeister's mastery of Speedster production, Sid's Cabriolet will soon return to US shores as a brilliant blue gem.

Nobody does it better than 9m's experts especially in Rivi Blue.

CONGRATULATIONS, Sid & welcome to the 993 Speedster club!

With your urging, 600RR may pass along details of his & 9m's amazing masterpiece.

In the meantime: starter pics to welcome the new blue, beginning with clues that greatness was being made:

RLer NineMeister (Colin) wrote of a "one-owner 993 convertible from California in the shop for conversion to the 5th 9m93 Speedster S" AND included a photo in the "993 tranny needs rebuild" thread.

Colin slipped in Sid's shell as background on his "993C2S body restoration at 9m" thread:

I posted this hint 2 months ago on the "Speedster type 993 photo thread":

While it is nice to see everyone getting on the Riviera Blue bandwagon, for the record only 24 model year 1995 993s in Riviera Blue were brought into the USA by Porsche. 17 were coupes and 7 were cabs. If you have one of those 24 cars, yours is rare...all the others are just paint jobs.

Why is it that mr(used loosely) ireland always seems to take a left and detour down negative nancy lane…it's lonely at the end of THAT alley i bet

From where did you get the paint color by model year data? I'm interested in seeing the breakdown for Turquoise Blue.
