Default Searching for valve cap

I'm missing one of these, and they are NLA everywhere that I know of,
so if you have one (or more) that you are willing to sell,
please let me know.

There are some newer ones out there that look like this, but they are plastic.
The ones I want are metal.

I think I have a set in my stash. I'm pretty sure they're the same and metal. Bought them 15 years ago when I bought my car then decided I needed to stay "stock" and boring.

I will check tomorrow at my garage.

There is a little bit of humor here if you look for it.

Mike has always been very helpful.

What a great place this can be!

Regards,

.

I'm just pulling your leg. The correct are black plastic - at least they are correct on my 18" TT wheels. Not sure about other wheels.

When I had my wheels refinished right after I bought my car I bought the multi piece valve stems from P to install and the black plastic caps were what they came with.

With P who knows what your car could have come with as an option now that I think about it - the chrome caps we have may have been a $1,000 option back in the '90's.

Anyway they are on the way have to stop at the post office anyway.

Hi Mike,

The caps arrived in perfect condition, thanks to your careful packaging. I had been looking for these for some time, so +993 thanks to you!

I wish I could send you some of the weather we are having here--85 degrees and not a cloud to be seen.

Best regards,
Bob
