What's the issue if the garage is not heated?

Not much if an issue unless you want to do some projects over the winter. My garage is underground and only semi heated and temps during last year's deep freeze went down to 40. Benefit is that the temperature remains in the 60's to low 70's until mid July.

I too keep my cars in Queens, 7 subway stops or about a half hour away. I don't have any need at all to keep any car in Manhattan.
