What's the going rate for it these days? I remember seeing well used ones on eBay for 200 and thought it was too much 2 years ago.

The Y06 option, aluminum handbrake and shifter was original $800, so I'm guessing with limited supply, the prices go up from there for a factory new set.

Occasionally used ones show up, but, that will probably become less frequent as well.

I have that option on my car, and I love the weight and feel of the shifter.

Seems like this could be a good candidate and profit maker for Porsche to put these parts back into production thru their classic part program

Instead they give us $1,200 radio/navi units where you can't see the navi without binoculars.

Its pretty simple, it's not economical to retool to sell a product to a small subset of owners of a car with low production units to begin with. This doesn't even consider the fact there are alternatives (i.e. All leather) sold by them.

Can't ask for miracles.

Since Rudy cleaned out Porsches remaining inventory (thanks btw) I ended up buying a carbon fiber/aluminum **** from a fellow Rennlister. Although I have no other carbon, think it will look good. Any one have a matching hand brake lever? Darn, this 993 hobby sure is a slippery $lope
