Default New Paint for Targa

After 90 days, my Targa is home in the garage with a complete repaint. You may recall an earlier post where I was trying to sell the Targa after the mechanical work with the paint "as is"."

https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...+Targa+Pricing

We used PPG product with excellent results. Work included new lights all around, new squirters, bumperettes (I know some will ask why not remove but I wanted the stock look), new front bumper covers underneath (old scratched badly), felt guides for windows, welded the hinge thing while the door was out drivers side, gaskets all around including cowling, bumpers, door handles, mirrors, 993 Hood Emblem, new factory windshield, new Targa Gasket under rear window, new logo, new bellows when spoiler deployed, new grill on spoiler. Interior front seats were re dyed to remove the wear marks with an excellent result.

$45,783 all in and a car that is worth keeping with absolutely no damage

Certificate of Authenticity just arrived today!!

Looks nice. Are you saying the $45k all in is what the car stands you or what you layers out for the paint/gasket/etc. work you had done?

Like.

The color combo and Sport Classic IIs look great on this Targa. Kudos for maintaining the stock look.
Original never goes out of style.

Appreciate the feedback. I really am enjoying this Targa. Wife likes driving as well. It is fun bringing a really awesome car back to life! Once I have the part number details, I'll attach to this post. The Targa can present some challenges as some parts are specific to the Targa and hard to find. For example the rear gasket between the cowl and rear glass😁

Superb in every way and a bargain in the end. Must have been quite the time consuming effort on your part. Well done, sir.
